This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and luggage storage readily available. On my first stay, the staff even assisted with late check-in. I highly recommend it and I'll be coming back for Easter!

A Fantastic Seaside Getaway!
Our two-night stay was delightful! The location is perfect—just off the seafront. Check-in was smooth, and our room had everything we needed, including a great shower. Don't miss the bar for a couple of drinks before exploring Lowestoft with family!

Clean and modern with flat-screen TV. Off-site parking can be a hassle.

Massive TV with good picture quality. USB sockets available in outlets to charge devices.
Rooms in disrepair with broken windows not sealing properly, cold drafts seeping in. Uncomfortable mattress with a noticeable dip on one side leading to poor sleep. Hot rooms with minimal ventilation, despite triple glazing.

Consider checking in early to secure parking since it's limited and fills quickly with diners from the main hotel.

The large TV with exceptional picture quality made our downtime in the room very enjoyable.
Sound from the adjacent room was quite intrusive, keeping us up on our first night.

The location was a real highlight, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were extremely accommodating. they helped with our food allergies and made dining enjoyable with the kids. Breakfast stood out, too. My children loved the variety and even got coloring packs. Our family room was spacious but had an unpleasant smell when we arrived. Luckily, the staff quickly addressed this and moved us to a better room. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. On the downside, the walls were quite thin, leading to noise disturbances from adjacent rooms. The parking situation was also a bit tricky. there wasn’t a guaranteed spot available. Despite the challenges, we had a lovely overall experience, and I would consider returning.

The location was sweet as, just behind the main hotel. But we found long dark hairs in the bed and the room felt dusty.
